Program Information
The BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership reflects the role of individuals who apply advanced knowledge and skills in a range of strategic leadership and management roles. Individuals at this level make high-level autonomous decisions and use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions in varied contexts.
They have full responsibility and accountability for personal outputs and for the work or function of others. They use cognitive and creative skills to review, critically analyse, consolidate and synthesise knowledge, in order to generate ideas and provide solutions to complex problems. They use communication skills to demonstrate their understanding of theoretical concepts and to transfer knowledge and ideas to others.
A Master's Pathway with Blended Learning International
Blended Learning International’s BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership emphasises strategic leadership through the lens of cyber defence. The course integrates assessments and examples that are aligned with government standards. Learners will engage in practical scenarios framed within a cyber defence context.
Delivery Method
This course is available for online self-paced delivery to be completed within 12 months. Distance learning gives you the flexibility to study from home or work anywhere in the world, offering you a flexible learning style.
A range of blended learning activities will be utilised to assist the learners with their coursework, including Zoom Virtual Classroom and the BLI Online Learning Management System.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
There is an option of Recognition of Prior Learning, which you can apply for. This includes a non-refundable application fee of $250.00. This RPL fee is for the RPL process only. Additional fees apply for any gap training.
