We operate in Australia and engage internationally through professional partnerships, executive education initiatives, and collaborative learning activities.
Blended Learning International Pty Ltd is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO 110068) providing nationally recognised vocational education and training, executive education, and professional development programs to individuals and organisations in Australia and internationally. Established in 2003 as an independent spin-off from the Australian National University (ANU), Blended Learning International was founded on the principle that education should be practical, flexible, and relevant to the needs of learners and employers.
For more than twenty years, we have supported students, professionals, executives, and organisations through learning experiences designed to build capability, confidence, and professional success. We maintain strong connections with industry, government, academic institutions, and professional networks in Australia and internationally. These relationships help ensure that our programs remain relevant, contemporary, and informed by current practice and emerging developments. Blended Learning International is also a member of the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN), an international network dedicated to knowledge sharing, professional learning, and capacity building. Through this and other international partnerships, we contribute to collaborative learning initiatives and professional engagement across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Nationally Recognised Training
As a Registered Training Organisation, Blended Learning International delivers nationally recognised training programs that support career development, leadership capability, and workplace performance. Our programs are designed to provide learners with practical skills and knowledge that can be applied immediately in professional settings. Delivery methods include online learning, virtual classrooms, mentoring, coaching, workplace-based activities, and individual academic support.
We are committed to providing high-quality vocational education and training that meets the needs of students, employers, and industry while complying with the requirements of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Current nationally recognised training programs include qualifications in business and leadership, together with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathways for experienced professionals.
Executive Education and Professional Development
In addition to nationally recognised training, Blended Learning International develops and delivers executive education and professional development programs for professionals, executives, policy practitioners, government officials, and organisational leaders. Many of these activities are delivered through the Social Cyber and Tech Academy (SCTA), bringing together experienced practitioners, policy specialists, industry leaders, and academic experts to explore contemporary challenges in cyber security, artificial intelligence, critical technologies, public policy, leadership, governance, and organisational strategy.
Our executive education activities focus on areas including cyber security, artificial intelligence, critical technologies, public policy, leadership, governance, organisational strategy, diplomacy, and digital transformation. These programs are designed to help participants understand emerging challenges, strengthen decision-making capability, and apply contemporary thinking to real-world issues. Programs are delivered through executive workshops, seminars, webinars, masterclasses, roundtables, conferences, and specialist short courses.
They draw upon the expertise of experienced practitioners, industry specialists, senior government officials, academic leaders, and subject matter experts from Australia and internationally. Through these activities, Blended Learning International contributes to workforce capability, professional learning, and informed discussion on contemporary policy, technology, leadership, and strategic challenges.
