Professor Glenn Withers AO is Chair of Blended Learning International and provides strategic governance and oversight to the organisation. He is a distinguished economist and public policy leader, serving as Adjunct Professor at UNSW Canberra and, at the Australian National University, as Distinguished Adjunct Professor in the Research School of Economics and Emeritus Professor in the Crawford School of Public Policy.​​
