This program is designed for Managers, Potential Managers, and Supervisors. Aimed at maximising potential and enhancing performance. This professional development event aims to gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in yourself and to equip you with practical skills to develop your own recipe for leadership success.

This program has been developed for optimum personal and most importantly professional results. 

This interactive program will equip you with the ability to uncover your next level of excellence and ensure you sit in the top 10% of the world’s population.

The program uses a variety of tools and techniques to develop an understanding of self leadership excellence today. It incorporates various transformation tools and principles for your own personal and professional renaissance.

It provides training in the skills required to successfully manage the most important person in their organisations – themselves. This program is recommended for anyone who needs to manage their time and others more effectively, want to manage other at a high level of sophistication and also for those that wish to refresh their management skills.

Outcomes:

By the end of this program each participant will be able to understand the impact they are currently having and effectively apply new thinking for maximum positive impact the following day.

Cost and Conditions:

The complete program costs $900 with a 20% discount for three or more enrolments from a single organisation. No prerequisites are required. A certificate of participation will be provided upon completion. The program delivery is capped at twenty, to allow discussion and any individual attention needed for learning. 

Location and Time:

The program requires attendance at one full day session.  It can be provided on demand for enrolments of ten or more.  The presently scheduled program will operate 9.30am- 5.00pm with a tea break at the BLI Training Facility.

Corporate Workshops/Blended Delivery: Sessions by negotiation. Includes In-house design and delivery, and customised courseware and assessment in accordance with the workplace requirements.
