Becoming the Expert Executive Program

Taking your Leadership and Influence to the next level

Purpose:

This workshop investigates your next step as an expert in your field. It explores your current effectiveness as an executive of influence in relation to your success as a leader in your field of excellence. It highlights the importance of personal branding and self leadership around a framework to increase your options for the future. The workshop consists of a number of interactive exercises that reinforce the concepts being delivered. The emphasis is on how each participant can improve their own influence and effectiveness.

Outcomes:

At the conclusion of this program participants will have a strong understanding of their own potential as an expert in their field of excellence with particular emphasis on personal improvement to achieve delivery of required messages. Participants will also learn how to avoid becoming redundant in an ever changing world, where relevance is key to leadership success.

This program will help organisations who place their future leaders and executive staff on this program, to have improved leadership and management skills within the workplace. Individuals undertaking this program will benefit from the ability to influence inside and outside the organisation to achieve their desired outcomes.

Cost and Conditions:

The complete program costs $900 with a 20% discount for three or more enrolments from a single organisation. No prerequisites are required. A certificate of participation will be provided upon completion. The program delivery is capped at fifteen, to allow discussion and any individual attention needed for learning.

Location and Time:

The program requires attendance at one full day session. It can be provided on demand for enrolments of ten or more.  The presently scheduled program will operate 9.30am- 5.00pm with a tea break at the BLI Training Facility.

Program Dates 2015: 20th May, 10th June

Corporate Workshops/Blended Delivery: Sessions by negotiation. Includes In-house design and delivery, and customised courseware and assessment in accordance with the workplace requirements.
