Train the Trainer

Purpose:

This workshop provides opportunities for participants to experience presenting content to their peers under the guidance of highly experienced facilitators.

Whether you are presenting to a room full of people, facilitating a small group, or providing one-on-one training, this workshop will provide you with the skills to achieve desired training outcomes.

 Content:

• Identifying the training required
• Training session design
• Training delivery techniques
• Trainer style
• Conducting the training session
• Assessing and evaluating training

Outcomes:

At the conclusion of this program participants will understand how to deliver training that leads to learning.  Participants will be required to deliver short presentations while being filmed so as to be able to reflect upon their own delivery styles. Theoretical strategies will assist individuals to understand how to create and deliver effective training.  

This program will help organisations that place their staff on this program, to ensure that effective training leading to learning is delivered in their workplace. Of program this then leads to numerous related benefits including performance, team building and staff morale.

Individuals undertaking this program will benefit from acquiring skills of effective training. Both individual participants and participants from organizations, will each benefit from being part of a group where feedback on each participant’s training delivery will be provided.

Cost and Conditions:

The complete program costs $450 with a 20% discount for three or more enrolments from a single organisation. No prerequisites are required. A certificate of participation will be provided upon completion. The program delivery is capped at fifteen, to allow discussion and any individual attention needed for learning.

Location and Time:

The program requires attendance at one full day session. It can be provided on demand for enrolments of ten or more.  The presently scheduled program will operate 9.30am- 4.30pm with a tea break and lunch break at the BLI Training Facility.

Corporate Workshops/Blended Delivery: Sessions by negotiation. Includes In-house design and delivery, and customised courseware and assessment in accordance with the workplace requirements.
