Purpose:

In the session, we go through the 7 steps for Refreshing Success and we will have a fun, informative high energy workshop.  Staff will walk away feeling refreshed, empowered, confident that they have a new deep understanding of their capability, more assured around how to add more value and guarantee their future, with an increased sense of self belief and self value.

Content:

• Have you got the Eye of the Owner?
• Do you waste time outside the Locus of Control and Influence
• How much Personal Power do you have access to?
• What effect is your Emotional Intelligence having on your future success?
• What level of Initiative do you tend to operate from?
• What are the 3 cornerstones of Confidence?
• How close to being authentic are you able to be in your career?  
• Discover why most people are tired on a Friday and need the weekend to just recover.

Outcomes:

At the conclusion of this program participants will walk away with absolute clarity and a strong understanding of their own potential with particular emphasis on personal improvement. Participants will also learn how to inspire, align and activate themselves to avoid becoming redundant in an ever changing world.

This program will help organisations who place their future leaders and executive staff on this program, to have improved leadership and management skills within the workplace. Individuals undertaking this program will benefit from the ability to influence inside and outside the organisation to achieve their desired outcomes.

Cost and Conditions:

The complete program costs $450 with a 20% discount for five or more enrolments from a single organisation. No prerequisites are required. A certificate of participation will be provided upon completion. The program delivery is capped at fifteen, to allow discussion and any individual attention needed for learning.

Location and Time:

The program requires attendance at one full day session. It can be provided on demand for enrolments of ten or more.  The presently scheduled program will operate 9.30am- 4.30pm with a tea break and lunch break at the BLI Training Facility.

Corporate Workshops/Blended Delivery: Sessions by negotiation. Includes In-house design and delivery, and customised courseware and assessment in accordance with the workplace requirements.
