NSW Smart and Skilled Funded Programs

Blended Learning International (RTO ID 110068) can provide access to Smart and Skilled funded programs subsidised by the NSW Government. There are three qualifications on offer and eligibility criteria applies. Only eligible students that are approved will receive the funding subsidy. 

Course Details

The available qualifications at Blended Learning International under the NSW Smart and Skilled funded programs are as follows below:

  1. BSB42615 Certificate IV in New Small Business
  2. BSB50215  Diploma of Business
  3. BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration

Enrolment Process

To enrol into one of our approved qualifications under NSW Smart and Skilled, students are required to:

  1. Check whether you may be eligible for NSW Smart and Skilled subsidised training against the criteria below or contact us at info@blendedlearning.edu.au and we can help you assess your eligibility.
  2. Carefully read the pre-enrolment information provided on our website.
  3. If you then wish to proceed please complete the application form and your USI number. The student confidentiality agreement will be provided to you after your application is received. Please forward these signed forms to info@blendedlearning.edu.au Please also do provide photo proof of your identity (e.g. licence) with your signed forms.

Under NSW Smart and Skilled, students are required to provide their Unique Student Identifier (USI) to the approved Smart and Skilled training provider upon enrolment into the selected Smart and Skilled course. You can apply to obtain your USI online by following the steps outlined in the USI website. Alternatively, we can assist you in obtaining a USI. If you would like Blended Learning International to obtain a USI for you, please read our USI policy and complete the USI application form and privacy form and provide it along with your application.

Delivery Options

Both programs can be designed for delivery via a series of face-to-face, fully facilitated workshops, or fully online, or a combination of both with the option of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

To be eligible for this funding subsidy with Blended Learning International for the qualifications above, a student must be:

  • An Australian citizen, permanent resident or humanitarian visa holder, or New Zealand citizen, and
  • Aged 15 years or older, and
  • No longer at school, and
  • Living or working in the Capital Region or Sydney, NSW. For a full list of eligible postcodes, please refer here.
  • Additional requirements for Entitlement Programs (Traineeship and Apprenticeship): students must be a newly employed full time worker under 3 months or part time worker under 12 months.
