BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration

Program Information:

The BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration provides the participant with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance management capabilities in administration roles. It is expected that students will build a sound theoretical knowledge base and develop a range of specialised, technical, and/or managerial competencies to plan, carry out, and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.

This qualification is relevant for those with various job titles including administration manager, general office manager, office manager, and other administration roles across all industry sectors.

The training program is designed to add to the skill-set and enhance the management capabilities of those in supporting administration roles – current or past. This program is aimed particularly at the effective management of administrative systems, meetings, conferences, human resource functions and projects.

Blended Learning International provides flexible delivery of the qualification, with the current trends and issues facing the corporate sector in relation to the units being presented.

Units of Competency:

The Diploma of Business Administration is issued upon successful completion of all the units of competency (8) listed below

  4. BSBADM506 Manage business document design and development
  5. BSBPMG522 Undertake project work
  6. BSBWOR501 Manage personal work priorities and professional development
  7. BSBCUS501 Manage quality customer service
  8. BSBCUS402 Address customer needs

Training Option:

Class Delivery: This program is delivered over a period of 33 x 3 hour face-to-face sessions, 2 weeks apart. There will be 4 sessions per week with the exception of the last week, where there will only be one session. This program will be delivered within a 12 month time period. Includes discussion of topics and individual projects, class presentations, and completion of assessment.

Corporate Workshops/Blended Delivery: Sessions by negotiation. Includes in-house design and delivery, and customised courseware and assessment in accordance with the workplace requirements.

Online Delivery: This course is also available for online self-paced delivery to be completed within 12 months. Distance learning gives you the flexibility to study from home or work anywhere in the world at your suitable time.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Recognition of Prior Learning is available. This includes a non-refundable application fee of $250.00. This RPL fee is for the RPL process only. Additional fees apply for any gap training. For further details please contact
